Lobbying for Open Source and Free Software is necessary for raising awareness in politicians’ minds. But there are only few who really do just that on a national and european level. Lobbying for free software means working in your spare time against lots of paid Microsoft lobbyists and agencies. In this presentation we want to show how lobbying for free software and open source works and what can be done to promote freedoms in the digital age.
