Spiegel bringt einen Artikel über die „Jäger der Internet-Piraten“. Das soll eine Firma namens BayTSP sein, die in den USA sitzt, das Internet nach Dateien durchsucht und Warnmails verschickt. Das sind diese Mails, die man bekommt, auch wenn man kein Filesharing macht, wo einem dann eine IP-Nummer präsentiert wird, über die man irgendein Filesharing-Netzwerk genutzt haben soll. Und verbunden mit der Warnung, dass man schnell aussteigen soll (und natürlich alles Urheberrechtliche geschützte sofort beseitigen soll. Das ganze sieht dann so aus, zumindest wurde diese Mail an einen Freund verschickt, bei dem laut Mail ein Film auf seinem Server liegen sollte:

Der Film lag natürlich nciht auf seinem Server, wieso sollte der auch „Rat Race“ online stellen… Ist das jetzt Spam, kann man die deswegen dran kriegen? Oder üble Nachrede? Was passiert mit den Daten Unschuldiger, die nichts getan hatten, aber Opfer von automatisierten Scripts wurden, die sie nun beschuldigen?
