ACTA-Dokumente veröffentlicht

Nachdem die Tage die US-Regierung ein offizielles Strukturpapier zum internationalen Anti-Piraterie-Abkommen ACTA veröffentlicht hat, sind jetzt die gesamten Draft-Dokumente bei Wikileaks erschienen: Classified US, Japan and EU ACTA trade agreement drafts, 2009. Und das ist interessant zu lesen, denn man sieht konkret auf 48 Seiten, wer was in den Verhandlungen fordert.

The file presents US, Japan and EU drafts of the controversial international copyright and patent trade agreement, ACTA (“Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement”). The documents were obtained by Wikileaks staff. The material is significant, both for those countries involved in the negotiations and those who have been excluded from them, such as China, Russia and the nearly all of the developing world.
