Libre Calendar 2008
April.org, eine französische Organistation zur Förderung von Freier Software, sucht Motive für einen “Libre Calendar 2008“. Die Idee ist, dass ein Kalender mit schönes Kommunikationsmittel zur Förderung von Freiheiten darstellt.
Mehr Informationen bietet die Webseite. Dort stehen auch die Bedingungen für die Einreichungen:
* The format must be open (png, jpg, svg, xcf), with a strong preference for open formats enabling further uses, such as SVG for vector illustrations and XCF for bitmaps.
* High resolution (at least 1280×1024)
* The filenames must contain a title and the name or nickname of the author(s).
* Images must be available under at least one of the following licences: GFDL, Free Art Licence (Licence Art Libre), CC BySa, CC By.
* If the image contains text in any other language than English the comment field shall be used for giving an English translation.
Als Belohnung gibt es Ruhm und Ehre.
